Arnold A. Noche, T3 Director

Arnold A. Noche is President and CEO of ATF1898, Inc., an innovative and pioneering Los Angeles-based firm, which focuses heavily in the Entertainment and Information Technology industries. While seeing how some people made things happen, while other people watched things happen and yet other people wondered why things happen, Arnold decided to do his part.

On a professional side, Arnold is a seasoned informational technology leader with substantial business, consulting, implementation and project management experience working with various Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies mapping people, process and technology with best-of-breed, best-of-class, state-of-the-art solutions in mission-critical environments throughout six countries.

On a personal side, Arnold is one of the remaining survivors of Lameco SOG under the late Punong Guro Edgar G. Sulite of Lameco Eskrima International and a descendant of General Pantaleon Garcia, one of the trusted Cavitenyos appointed by General Emilio Aguinaldo as commanding general of all Filipino forces in Central Luzon during the time of the Katipunan and the Revolution.

A graduate from CSUDH with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with heavy concentration in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Graphics and Software Engineering, his post-graduate certifications includes BayStone Approved Consultant (BAC), Certified Genesys Engineer (CGE), Certified Novell Administrator (CNA), CRM Remedy Approved Consultant (CRM RAC), ITSM Remedy Approved Consultant (ITSM RAC), Peregrine Approved Consultant (PAC), Remedy Approved Consultant (RAC), Siebel Certified Consultant (SCC) and is currently working on his Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute. In his spare time he enjoys extreme sports (Surf / Snow / Skate), open 9-Ball tournaments ("I just want your best game...") and spinning vinyl records ("Keep Vinyl Alive.")

An economic mercenary who considers himself a member of the "warrior" class, he was last seen floating around Houston, Texas working with a small energy company.
