Doug Mueller
Corporate Architect

Doug Mueller leads Remedy’s future technology direction. Mueller is a co-founder of Remedy and continues to be involved with product architecture and development of the Action Request System and applications. Mueller drives defining product vision and direction.

Before joining Remedy, Mueller worked for seven years at Hewlett-Packard. Mueller has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Nayaki Nayyar
President, Digital Service Management

Nayaki Nayyar is the president of the Digital Service Management product line at BMC Software, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for BMC’s Digital Service Management offerings, including the Remedy Service Management Suite, Remedyforce, BMC Discovery and the industry-leading digital workplace, BMC Marketplace and multi-source environments powered by BMC Innovation Suite.

Nayaki joined BMC from SAP where she was general manager and global head of their internet-of-things go-to-market group with full P&L responsibility for IoT. Previously, Nayaki led cloud for the Customer Engagement product division at SAP. In this role, she drove high organic growth in the company’s cloud, CRM, mobile and integration business units. Before that, she had been in corporate strategy at SAP where she was instrumental in the company’s cloud strategy.

Nayaki began her career at Shell where she gained tremendous industry experience and then took a role as CTO leading enterprise architecture and application development divisions at Valero during its rapid growth into the largest independent refining company in North America.

Nayaki earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Osmania University and a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Houston. She is also a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program.

Bhanu Singh
VP of Product Development, Digital Service Management

Bhanu Singh is Vice President (VP) of R&D for the Digital Service management business unit at BMC software, in Santa Clara, California. He has over 20+ years of experience in leading software strategy, development, multi-national teams of software engineers and project management professionals. He has deep knowledge of enterprise customer engagement, product innovation, process transformation while scaling it across distributed global organization. He is a recognized technical thought leader who has been responsible for many successful product innovation and business transformation in BMC.

Most recently Mr. Singh is responsible for heading the R&D organizations for two distinct product lines: RemedyForce Product Line and DSM Platform called Innovation Suite.

Previously Mr. Singh managed the R&D and Customer Engineering organization for entire Digital Service management business (Remedy Product line, Atrium CMDB, RF, and BAO), a $500M+ business unit covering all aspects of software development, delivery and maintenance. Mr. Singh has been instrumental in hyper growth of the DSM business and was responsible for business strategy and product roadmap over the years including ideation, inception, transition, transformation and development of new products and markets. Most recently he was the brain and driver behind transforming Remedy platform from a C/C++ client/server architecture to Open Source Web 2.0 SOA architecture using Java/OSGi services and components – The platform was released in 2015 as Remedy 9. The platform transformation laid the foundation for the future innovation in the DSM organization by bringing open source industry leading architecture and integrated technology stack together.

Mr. Singh holds a Master in Software Engineering and Bachelor in Computer Science & Engineering. He holds executive degrees in business administration and certification in project management, Scrum, Sig Sigma green belt and ITIL.
