He has served on numerous partner boards for BMC and has been a guest speaker at user groups, roadshows, and BMC/Remedy events translating his experience to best practice process and implementation strategies.  Adam is currently the President of NimbusNow, an ITSM Cloud Services Company, with responsibility for consulting services, managed services, and the application development practice. In the last 6 months, Florent moved to the Presales organization to help out the sales reps to show the value Remedy can bring to the world. So, as you see in the last 12 years, Florent's life has switched from green to blue, and from blue to orange. In his private life, Florent lives in France near Paris. Florent likes to run and to play badminton, but right now enjoys spending most of his time preparing a love nest for his daughter, who will arrive in this world in January 2018.

He has also received a certification in Database Application Development and Design from Columbia University in 2003. During his free time, James spent several years feeding his passion for politics by performing technical consulting to local political campaigns in Dallas, TX. In 2010, he used his skills in data analysis learned through years of Remedy work to help elect the first female Hispanic to the Dallas County Commissioner's Court. In 2011, he assisted in the election of half of the fourteen-member Dallas City Council. Lars Mahrendorf's IT career started around the turn of the millennium as a IBM IMS system programmer on z/OS at Finanz Informatik, the leading IT provider for saving banks and federal state banks in Germany. After a decade working with IMS, he moved on to a consulting company and helped migrate several customers' applications from z/OS to a Linux-based scheduling solution. At that time, Lars first came into contact with BMC's Control-M. In 2013 Lars began to work at Techniker Krankenkasse, the largest health insurance company in Germany. As a workload scheduling manager, Lars has been involved in several migrations from Version 7 onwards. Today, he is responsible for optimizing and modernizing the workload of TK in an effort to help the company in its plan to digitize health insurance. Lenny Warren

Lenny Warren is well-known in the Remedy Community as a seasoned Senior Education Instructor and Senior Remedy Consultant for over 19 years. Lenny started with Remedy Corporation at the Columbia Training Center in Columbia, Maryland in May of 1998 after completing 20 years of active duty service for the United States Air Force. While working for Remedy Corporation, Lenny progressed into a top-notch Senior Education Consultant and Manager for the next 9 ½ years, teaching the high-end training classes like Remedy Approved Consultant, Remedy Requirements Analysis Design and Development, and Performance Tuning. Lenny teamed up with his former BMC boss, Robert Pack, to set up RMI Solutions, LLC as an Independent Consultant and Education Company, performing its first engagement in January 2008. Lenny has continued to supply education and consultant work for numerous customers and BMC Product Partners. Lenny continues to thrive in the Remedy Community by providing custom training on Remedy Products from ITSM to CMDB to the Basic Action Request System. In addition, he continues to perform consultant services for a variety of customers in upgrading and advising on the current and past environments. Padma Rao
(Pam)

Pam Rao is a Senior Engineering Manager in the core Remedy product group located in the Santa Clara office. In this role she drives releases, service packs and patches for several Remedy products. Working for BMC for around 15 years she has contributed as a lead engineer and manager to products in the Service Management space like SRM, SLM and ITSM. Outside of the ITSM suite of products, Pam also worked on the strategy and development of the major releases of HR Case Management, Virtual Chat and Remedy SSO products. In her role as an Engineering Manager she actively works with Support and other customer facing functions to understand customer use cases and scenarios and drive improvements into the new releases.


Patrick Gudat

Patrick Gudat is a manager of Customer Success at Numerify. With over 20 years of industry experience, Patrick enables customers to uncover insights into their wealth of IT Data. Patrick's prior background includes technical leadership roles in value engineering, ITSM Solutions Architecture, and Services Consulting with BMC Software. He is well versed in all things IT from on premise wiring and network design to IT Process Engineering.


Peter Adams

Peter is the Director of Product Management for Remedy. Located in Santa Clara, CA, Peter leads a team of product managers responsible for Remedy IT Service Management, including the new Smart IT user experience. Peter also manages a number of common customer experience aspects for the Remedy business, including licensing models and enhancement request process. Previous responsibilities included product management ownership for Remedy Service Desk and Service Request Management. Prior to joining the BMC’s Digital Service Management product organization, Peter worked as Lead Product Manager for compliance solutions in BMC’s Service Automation product organization, where he was instrumental in defining BMC’s content strategy for the BMC BladeLogic product line and managed BladeLogic / Remedy integrations for closed-loop compliance. Prior to joining BMC Software in September of 2008, Peter was managing a product line for a small software company in Switzerland, which focused on security solutions for SAP customers. Including earlier positions in R&D, technical marketing and alliance management at various leading software vendors, Peter has over 15 years of experience in the IT management software market, with expert insight into a wide range of disciplines.

Phil Bautista is a Senior ITSM Consultant with customer success stories in both the public and private sector. Among some of his clients are Dell, Lockheed Martin, Los Alamos National Laboratory, Sony Pictures, 7-11, Starbucks and many others. As a Senior Consultant he has also performed instructional classes, presented at international conferences on technical matters as well as acted as Chief, Cook, and Bottle washer on many an engagement with strength in gathering requirements, documentation and managing multiple projects. Branching out into Discovery at Los Alamos he will share is experience with deploying the tool for a customer.


Phil Schmidt

Phil Schmidt is a training professional, skilled in Instructor-led and Computer/Web-Based Training development, eLearning & delivering Instructor-led courses for a variety of topics. Phil is highly knowledgeable and experienced in developing and delivering training for Remedy ITSM as well as other IT software systems. He leads a group of Consultants, Instructional Designers, and Voice Over professionals specializing in Remedy ITSM eLearning courses, including Web Based ITSM Training. Phil has recently finished a project where he taught hundreds of users located throughout the world to use the Remedy ITSM suite via remote Online Instructor-led training. He has developed hundreds of job aids, student manuals and trainer guides including E-learning and distance learning via WebEx. Phil utilizes adult learning methodologies and blended technologies. I joined BMC (Remedy Corporation) in 2000 straight out of school after graduating with Masters in Computer Science from University of Texas at Arlington.    Since then, I have jumped around different teams with in the BMC AR System Platform, starting with the Release and Engineering team working on the installers (Remedy Installation Kit (RIK)) for AR System, client teams (arimport tool, Admin tool, Midtier) and the core AR Server team.  I was the architect for the 9.0 version of the AR Server which was the first version of the re-architected modernized Java based AR Server.  In my current role, I am the architect for the Innovation Suite Cloud Application Development Platform.
